Senior Accounts Payable Analyst

We are looking for a Senior AP Analyst to take ownership of the company’s AP function. This is a high volume, hands on role for someone who is analytical, proactive, and enjoys investigating discrepancies, solving problems, and improving processes rather than simply processing invoices. Key Responsibilities Oversee full cycle AP, including invoice review, vendor management, reconciliations, and payment processing Analyze and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies while partnering with internal departments and vendors Support month end close, reporting, audits, and AP process improvements Become the subject matter expert on the company’s AI enabled AP processing system Qualifications 7+ years of progressive AP experience, with 3+ years at a senior, lead, or supervisory level Must have Manufacturing, construction, or project based experience Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, Pivot Tables, and data analysis Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, and organizational skills Someone who is comfortable asking questions, digging into issues, and taking ownership of getting to the right answer If you're an experienced AP professional looking for more ownership, visibility, and long term career growth, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
