2. Attend pre-booked listing appointments and convert warm seller leads into active listings.
3. Negotiate contracts, oversee the closing process, and deliver an exceptional, 5-star customer experience.
4. Participate in weekly training calls and collaborate with fellow agents to share top-performing strategies.

What You Bring to the Team:

1. Active License: A valid Arizona Real Estate License is mandatory.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $250,000.00+ per year (Commission-based)
