As a Server , you will serve our wonderful residents through a variety of dining activities, creating a top-notch experience and ensuring that their health, safety, and well-being are protected at all times. Our Servers are passionate about the senior population and strive each day to enrich their lives.

Starting wage $17.00-$19.00 DOE with the opportunity for increases and growth!

Must be flexible with scheduling.

Ideal candidates must have a heart for serving others, as well as:

• A commitment to Touchmark's values (Excellence, Teamwork, Hospitality, Integrity, Compassion), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends, and givers
• A genuine interest in caring for the senior population and working in a geriatric environment, performing a variety of care activities to keep people healthy and safe
• The willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality
• The ability to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, and guests
• Reliable
• Be able to read, write, and speak English
• Must be 16 years old
• Experience preferred but not required. We will train the right person!
