Senior Manager, Government Exchange Operations & Compliance

Capital Rx, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager for Government Program Operations who will lead the implementation and oversight of regulatory requirements for Exchange lines of business. This remote or hybrid role focuses on ensuring compliance and supporting audits while fostering a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in Prescription Benefit Management or Health Plan, strong people management experience, and the ability to translate regulatory guidance into actionable business requirements.
