Every day, you will assess patient conditions, administer medications, perform prescribed treatments, and meticulously document care. You will collaborate with RNs and physicians to implement individualized care plans, ensuring a seamless and high-quality patient experience. Your compassionate demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment are essential.Perform general nursing care to patients by following established standards and procedures.Obtain patient consent for care and ensures patient confidentiality.Obtain and documents health history, information on chief complaint, vital signs, and health risk factors and assesses disease condition.Provide patient care based on practice guidelines, standards of care, and federal/state laws and regulations.Execute prescribed treatments and medical interventions, administers prescribed medications, and monitors and documents treatment progress and patient responseEducate patients and families about health status, health maintenance, and management of acute and chronic conditions.Required:Other Graduate from an accredited Practical/Vocational Nurse program., upon hire andLicensed Vocational Nurse: TX, upon hire andBasic Life Support - CPR, within 14 - daysPreferred:0 – 1 year clinic experience
