About the Role:
You will lead operations across two facilities in Arlington and Grand Prairie, overseeing electrical project execution for data centers, substations, renewables, and medium voltage solutions. Working through a team of Senior Project Managers and functional managers, you will drive safety, quality, delivery, and profitability while scaling processes to support aggressive growth targets. Your leadership will be central to doubling revenue over the coming years and establishing robust operational discipline in a rapidly expanding business.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day operations across two facilities, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of electrical projects and products.
* Lead and develop a team of 3–5 Senior Project Managers and 10–15 total managers, providing direction, coaching, and performance management.
* Own operational planning and execution for data center electrical systems, electrical houses, skids, hot containments, enclosures, and large switchgear assemblies.
* Coordinate closely with engineering, production, supply chain, and quality teams to align project schedules, resource allocation, and manufacturing throughput.
* Implement and refine operational processes, KPIs, and reporting to support scale, consistency, and continuous improvement.
* Drive rigorous safety and compliance practices across all operations, particularly in medium voltage and substation-related work.
* Partner with senior leadership on strategic capacity planning, capital investments, and facility expansion to meet growth targets.
* Resolve critical project and operational issues, escalating as needed, and maintain strong relationships with key customers on major programs.

Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in a senior operations, plant management, PX, or Director-level role within electrical, industrial, or related manufacturing environments.
* Strong background overseeing complex electrical projects or products, ideally including data centers, substations, or medium voltage systems.
* Demonstrated success managing multi-site operations or large-scale facility operations with responsibility for P&L, delivery, and performance metrics.
* Track record of leading and developing multi-level teams, including project managers and functional managers.
* Solid understanding of project execution workflows, from design and engineering through fabrication, assembly, testing, and shipment.
* Ability to operate effectively in a high-growth, fast-changing environment, implementing structure and process without slowing delivery.
* Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven operational decisions.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with executives, customers, and cross-functional teams.

Desirable Skills:
* Experience in data center infrastructure, electrical houses, skids, hot containments, or large switchgear manufacturing.
* Background in renewables or utility-scale electrical projects, including substation controls and medium voltage systems.
* Prior involvement in scaling operations during rapid revenue growth, including process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence methodologies.
* Experience working with or for major OEMs or integrators in the power, data center, or industrial sectors.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
* Advanced degree (MBA or MS in Engineering/Operations) preferred for Director-level candidates.
* Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PE in Electrical, Lean/Six Sigma) are advantageous.
* Demonstrated track record of progressive responsibility from plant management or PX-level roles into broader operational leadership.
