HVAC Service Technician (Level 4)

Position Summary Level‑4 Service Technician – responsible for troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems, communicating solutions to clients, and sourcing necessary materials or equipment to exceed client expectations. Responsibilities Excellent communication with co‑workers, clients, and vendors. Create scope of work and present proposals to clients. Read and comprehend mechanical plans. Proficient in electrical systems: high‑voltage, low‑voltage, variable frequency drives, building automation controls. Proficient in mechanical systems: refrigeration cycle, chilled water, pumps, cooling towers, valves, hot‑water systems, variable refrigerant flow, air distribution, ductwork, zoning design. Motivate, inspire, and coach team members; self‑starter with strong work ethic. Proactive problem‑solving, process improvement, and adaptability to change. Strong written and verbal communication; exceptional organizational skills. Collaborate effectively within a team. Key Competencies Accountable, aligned, disciplined, intentional, and transparent. Leadership qualities. Ability to thrive in dynamic, growth‑oriented environments. Education & Experience High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required. 10+ years HVAC experience.
