As a Security Officer Visitor Management in Cleveland, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as financial institutions. You will welcome visitors, manage access control, monitor alarms and front desk activity, and help support a secure environment through strong customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $15.91 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Tue: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Wed: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Thu: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Fri: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a financial institution front desk location. Greet visitors, employees, and/or vendors, monitor access points, and verify credentials in accordance with location protocols. Answer phones, assist with directions and general inquiries, and document visitor activity, incidents, and/or unusual observations in required logs or systems. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate with location contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate. Monitor lobby and reception areas for security‑related concerns and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive front desk presence and consistent application of procedures. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 21 years of age. Access control and badge experience is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
