We are hiring for a Dental Instrument Finisher in Northbrook, IL

Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Pay Rate: $17.00/HR

Dental Instrument Finisher Summary:

• Perform finishing operations including buffing, grinding, shaping, and polishing on hardened dental instruments.
• Inspect instruments for quality, accuracy, and compliance with customer specifications using measuring tools.
• Follow work instructions, technical drawings, and quality standards to ensure product excellence.
• Accurately document work, maintain a safe work environment, and assist with training as skills develop.

Dental Instrument Finisher Requirements:

• Previous experience working with machines, hand tools, grinding equipment, or finishing machinery preferred; entry-level candidates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards.
• Ability to read and write basic English, perform basic math, and learn to use measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
• Ability to lift 10-25 lbs., sit for extended periods, and work in a manufacturing environment.
