Data Entry Clerk (US, excluding: CA, NY, DC)

Job Title Data Entry Clerk Duration 06/01/2026 to 12/01/2026 Location Franklin, Tennessee 37067 Pay Rate $17 - $18/hr on W2 Schedule M-W in office, Thurs/Fri work from home. 7:30-9:30 start time. 8hr days with 1hr lunch. Occasional flexibility. Team Focus Music queue sheets, cataloging information from film and TV shows, allocating funds, registering etc. Role Function May have potential to go perm, but not guaranteed. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting information from and for Music Queue sheets, working closely with coordinators and team leads, receiving queue sheets and working with the data; entry level learning about film and TV copyright. Receiving training on how to find and process information, identifying publishing info, identifying songs on documents that they control and putting it into the system. Skills Background in data entry; Excel skills. Excel tested in person during second interview. Lite Adobe experience could be helpful, but not required. Job Summary Responsible for entering the work copyright information onto the company's database. Ensuring all works data is entered correctly. Process, standardize and report cue sheets for film and television. Identify and report all issues requiring support to the Management. Other related duties as assigned. Hybrid work environment. Qualifications Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook. Advanced Excel skills (including formulas) preferred. Strong analytical background. Excellent organizational skills. Detail-oriented. Ability to meet deadlines quickly and accurately, multi-task. Ability to learn quickly and work proactively. Works well in a team environment; essential.
