Project Manager - Diverse Commercial Construction

Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Salary: $90,000-$115,000

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a growing commercial construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Project Manager or a strong Assistant Project Manager (APM) who is ready to take the next step in their career.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing commercial construction projects and the ability to coordinate effectively with owners, subcontractors, architects, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction
• Experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion
• Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain project schedules
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
• Experienced APMs with the skills and experience to step into a Project Manager role are encouraged to apply
