Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN specialized in CVICU for a travel assignment in Milwaukee, WI. This role involves working in a dynamic Level II Trauma Center, providing critical care to patients post-cardiac and thoracic surgeries. - Monitor and manage invasive lines, pacemakers, and chest tubes
- Administer cardiac medications including inotropes, vasopressors, and sedation
- Interpret cardiac rhythms and manage ventilator support
- Utilize EPIC EMR system for patient documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimum patient care
- Current BLS, ACLS certifications
- Minimum 3 years of ICU experience, with at least 1 year in CVICU
- Competency in invasive line management and EPIC experience
- Prefer experience with ECMO, CVVH, IABP, and VAD
- CCRN certification preferred
