CUSTODIAN

Facility Maintenance Position

Job Goal: Maintains premises in a clean and orderly condition.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma preferred; equivalent or basic ability in communications and computation skills acceptable.
• Demonstrated knowledge, experience, aptitude, competence and/or skills to satisfactorily meet performance responsibilities and assigned duties.
• Shall meet all physical requirements of the position.
• Black Seal License preferred but not required.
• Effectively communicates and understands job instructions both verbally and written in the English language.
• Ability to understand and follow directions as given.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to push minimum 12Q pounds (power cleaning appliances); ability to lift minimum 100 150 pounds (trash and supplies).
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or resident alien status.
