Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality healthcare to a wide variety of ages in collaboration with the in-office physician
- Obtain patient history, perform examinations, and treat accordingly
Requirements & Skills
- Board Eligible
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must have excellent multitasking, organizational, and computer skills
- Licensed to practice in the State of Indiana
Employment Details
- Full-time
- Monday- Friday
- Paid malpractice
- CME package offered
- Retirement options including 401(k)
Travel Requirements
- Willingness to travel within a 45-minute radius of Lafayette, IN, may be required, with scheduling designed to support patient care and clinic needs.
