Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Personal Care Premium Evening Program Manchester Commons Erie, PA Part-time; Hourly, Non-Exempt; Days Premium Program Rate: $33.00/hour + $3,000 Sign-On Bonus Presbyterian SeniorCare Network provides compassionate, vibrant, and supportive communities for older adults that nurture the wholeness of body, mind, and spirit. At Manchester Commons in Erie, personal care, skilled nursing, and our unique community for people living with dementia are all within a single building. Being under one roof allows for easy visits by friends and relatives, enables special programming across levels of care, and fosters strong bonds among team members, residents, and their families. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for coordinating and supporting the individualized service plans for community residents. The role supervises, and provides leadership and direction to, community team members to ensure quality of care and services are provided.

Requirements for the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

Current, valid Practical Nurse License in good standing from the state of Pennsylvania.
Experience as a licensed nurse preferred.
Experience in Personal Care or Assisted Living preferred.
Knowledge of DHS regulations preferred.
Dementia care experience preferred
Maintains CPR certification
