Part-Time Dental Assistant

The Dental Assistant Non-Certified supports dental procedures by preparing treatment rooms, handling patient intake, and assisting dentists during treatments. They utilize electronic dental records and digital radiography, perform equipment maintenance, monitor supplies, and ensure sterilization of instruments. Additional duties include preparing patients, taking radiographs, assisting with pediatric prophylaxis, and participating in emergency and urgent procedures. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited Dental Assistant certification program ; experience is not mandatory but five years of chairside experience can substitute. CPR and BLS certifications are required.
