JOB TITLE Driver Assistant SUMMARY: Work with established route driver to facilitate the delivery of beverage products by unloading, stocking, rotating and merchandising products being sold as well as existing inventory at retail. JOB DUTIES Assist in the delivery, rotation and merchandising of all company products Maintain positive customer satisfaction with retailers Ability to follow a flexible work schedule including some weekends and holidays Ability to safely load and unload equipment and product Follow company policies and procedures regarding product freshness and rotation Ability to read and follow delivery instructions from Driver, Sales Rep and District Manager Follow all product handling procedures according to each retailer’s policy Adhere to company policies and laws (local, federal & state) pertaining to product invoicing, signatures and payment collection.
