Job Summary and Qualifications What you will do in your role: Assist the Director with all department activities to assure a coordinated effort in fulfilling department responsibilities with the long‑range plan, mission, vision, and values of the facility. Assist in coordinating the department’s participation in Performance Improvement activities to assure continuous Quality Improvement. Ensure that nursing care is based on the nursing process and evaluate the effectiveness on an ongoing basis. Provide clinical support to the nursing staff. Be responsible for assisting, planning, implementing and evaluating care for patients in the Women’s Services Units.
