Part Time Van Delivery Driver

Position Van Delivery Driver Location Gordon Food Service Store LLC, 5831 Cross Creek Blvd, Fort Wayne, IN 46818-1722 Pay $17/hr Responsibilities Accurately locate and pick orders in-store for wholesale customers Build and maintain good customer relationships Keep customers happy with accurate, timely deliveries of GFS products Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspection of vehicle and equipment Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer purchases through the point of sale and maintain security of assets such as cash, checks, and merchandise Accurately receive and merchandise products, ensuring proper rotation, product quality, end‑cap and planogram execution, top stock, freezer, cooler, and back‑room organization Qualifications At least one year of delivery driving experience; one year in customer service or a related field preferred Unrestricted Standard Operators License required Clean driving record with no drug or alcohol offenses in the last five years Minimum age 18 (required) Pass pre‑employment checks, including a drug screen, criminal background check, and motor vehicle report (MVR) Ability to use a two‑wheel cart with a load weighing up to 350 pounds Ability to lift up to 70 lbs Weekend and afternoon availability needed Equal Employment Opportunity Equal Employment Opportunity is a matter of policy at Gordon Food Service, Inc. and we are committed to a work environment in which all individuals are treated with respect and dignity.
