We have four locations located in high performance centers in the West Loop and Ravenswood, River North, and Northbrook. We partner with elite strength and conditioning coaches, sports performance coaches, sport psychologists, and registered dietitians to cater to the whole athlete and patient. Ignite is superior in their skills of sports physical therapy by offering advanced manual therapy skills, dry needling, VGA, slow motion analysis return to play testing, Delfi blood flow restriction, advanced movement and weight lifting analysis, and offer true 1:1 sessions provided by physical therapists only. Responsibilities :

• Responsible for marketing and growth of the clinic meeting the expectation of 40 patients a wk
\n
• Become heavily involved in the community of the gym the clinic is located in
\n
• Competent in EMR and abides by timelines of documentation standards
\n
• Continuously advances education to improve the skills of the therapist
\n
• Be involved in social media for marketing strategies
\n
• Provide gold standard evidence based physical therapy services to all patients
\n
• Go above and beyond to market and grow the clinic working hours that best suffice the patient population
\n

Qualifications:

\n
• 3+ years experience private outpatient setting
\n
• Enjoys working out and taking fitness classes - COMES WITH FREE GYM MEMBERSHIP
\n
• Clinic director experience preferred
\n
• Advanced manual therapy certifications preferred
\n
• Dry needling certification preferred
\n
• Experience in working with elite athletes preferred
