Master's Degree in psychology, counseling, or another health and human service-related field required. Licensed in PA or license eligible as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Social Worker (LSW), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC), or Behavior Specialist (LBS) Experience in the behavioral health field with: Two years in a mental health setting. Two years working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Possess at least two years of program management experience. Valid driver\'s license and vehicle required.
