What You Will Do

• Assemble mechanical, electrical, or plastic components using hand tools, power tools, and light machinery.
• Read and follow assembly instructions, job orders, and basic blueprints.
• Inspect finished parts and assemblies to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
• Package, label, and box completed items for final inspection and shipping.
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Work closely with team members and line leads to hit daily production targets.

What You Need

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, or light industrial experience is a plus (entry-level applicants with strong mechanical aptitude are welcome).
• Ability to work comfortably with hand tools (screwdrivers, drills, pliers, or wrenches).
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand, bend, and move continuously throughout your shift.
• Ability to safely lift up to 30 to 40 lbs as needed.
• Reliable transportation and dependable, punctual attendance every day.
• Ability to pass standard background screening and drug testing requirements.
