The Administrative Accountant/Grain Receiver plays a vital role in supporting the administrative functions by managing record keeping, greeting visitors, and performing data entry tasks efficiently. Working independently as part of a larger administrative team, this role directly reports to an executive, ensuring smooth office operations without travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and organized records and files
- Receive and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Enter data accurately into required systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Quickbooks and Excel
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Detail-oriented data entry skills
