Position Overview Physical Therapist Assistant – Outpatient (License required) Location: 13951 W. Grand Ave Unit 201, Surprise, AZ 85374 Schedule: Full Time, Monday – Friday (3 days until 6pm) Compensation: Hourly, starting at $30.00/hour and up, commensurate with experience. Sign‑on Bonus of $15,000 and $200/month Student Loan Repayment program. Join Banner Physical Therapy outpatient orthopedic center. This is a busy, mostly orthopedic clinic that sees a range of patients and diagnoses. We have a strong team with diverse treatment styles. Currently we have four physical therapists and an occupational/hand therapist (CHT) on staff. New graduates are welcome to apply.
