Activities Assistant
Madison Health is looking for an Activities Assistant to work 16-24 hours a week with every other weekend. Duties include maintaining departmental documentation that reflects services provided and resident progress towards goals including progress notes, participation records, one-to-one records, etc., communicating facility programs with residents, staff, family, and volunteers, coordinating weekend and evening activities as needed per resident interest, complying with state and federal regulations and facility procedures regarding Activity Program, and performing other duties as assigned by the Administrator.
