Senior Principal Customer Success Manager (San Francisco)

Job Summary A Drive Test Technician is responsible for executing mobile and stationary RF testing to validate wireless network performance. This role supports engineering teams by collecting field data to optimize coverage, capacity, and quality of service across G technologies. This position requires travel. Region: Northeast (MN, VT, NE, MA, RI, CT, NY, NJ, PA, DE, MD, DC, VA). Responsibilities Drive testing: operate drive test equipment (TEMS Pocket, X‑CAL, QXDM) in vehicles or on foot to collect RF data across designated routes and clusters. Capture and upload logs for RSRP, SINR, PCI, throughput, and scanner data; upload results to centralized servers for post‑processing and validation. Follow test file naming conventions. Report findings and communicate with Circet and client points of contact; lift issues when necessary. Perform speed tests (if applicable). Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications preferred. Familiarity with wireless technologies: LTE, VoLTE, CDMA, G, MIMO, and Carrier Aggregation. Experience in RF testing or field technician roles; experience with DAS, small cells, or CRAN installations is beneficial. Strong computer skills and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends; ability to work overtime. #J-18808-Ljbffr Pager Duty
