Operations AdministratorA global consulting firm based in Boston is looking to add an Operations Administrator, Data to its team. This role will be part of a four-person team and report to a Manager who loves to mentor people. The ideal candidate has a strong skillset working with databases and Excel.This is a hybrid position - 3 days per week onsite are requiredHighlights:Coordinate, oversee, and enhance the utilization of data resources across the firm’s consulting endeavors.Proactively manage the ongoing enhancement of our database knowledge repository by incorporating updates from consultants and third-party vendors.Assist consultants in submitting applications for external data sources, perform basic database queries, and fulfill tasks necessary for data acquisition.Collaborate with the Manager, Healthcare Data Operations, to compose tailored oral and written communications for both internal stakeholders such as senior consultants and external entities including third-party data vendors and clients.Assist in managing operations and processes related to the firm’s partnerships with third-party vendors.Qualifications:1+ year of relevant professional experienceBachelor’s degreeStrong Excel/systems skills
