About the Role:

As a Synergy Homecare of Clifton Secaucus Babysitter, you will:

Provide loving and engaging care for children of various ages in private homes.

Follow client instructions and adhere to safety guidelines.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for children.

Engage children in age-appropriate activities, such as playtime, reading, and outdoor activities.

Communicate effectively with parents and the agency staff.

Qualifications:

Proven experience working with a childcare agency (highly preferred)

Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation

Legal right to work in the United States

Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for children

First Aid and CPR certification
