Shift Manager

Job Overview Shift Managers lead weekly shifts, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. They provide leadership to crew and fellow managers to maintain quality, service and cleanliness. Shift Managers plan, monitor performance, take action to meet McDonald’s standards, monitor safety, security, profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them to run a great shift. They may also be responsible for meeting shift targets and helping departments meet goals. Responsibilities Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
