As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing high-quality computed tomography exams, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining accurate documentation. Your role will involve:

• Utilizing automatic exposure control and technical factors accurately
• Following radiologist protocols and practicing sterile techniques
• Performing CT exams with and without power contrast injections
• Transporting, transferring, and positioning patients safely
• Administering contrast media and starting IVs as needed
• Handling confidential information in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Mentoring students from affiliated Radiology Technology Programs
• Maintaining professional growth through seminars and workshops

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Washington State Radiologic Technologist Certification
• Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, RT(R) (CT)
• Completion of appropriate CT modality orientation
• Need 2 years experience in setting
• Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (HCP) level certification within three months of hire
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform prolonged standing/walking
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
