Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Virginia physical therapy license required. Include license or license status when applying.
• Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience, including outpatient and neuro experience (required).
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required.
• Experience with outpatient rehabilitation settings and neuro patient populations (required).
• Experience using EPIC EMR preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior outpatient clinic experience with a focus on neurorehabilitation preferred.
• Familiarity with outpatient rehab workflow and documentation practices preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM – 5:15 PM (four 10-hour shifts).
• Weekly guaranteed hours: 36.
• Type of service: Outpatient rehabilitation with neuro specialty focus.
• EMR: EPIC.
• Dress code: Black scrubs in alignment with facility dress code policy.
