Associate Manager, Brand Activation & Experiences - Nor Cal

Summary The Associate Manager, Brand Activation & Experiences leads execution of brand activations and programming in the NorCal market to elevate brand perception and drive consumer pull. This role coordinates production elements, partners with agencies and distributors, reports outcomes and ROI, and supports winemaker and maison visits. The position is hybrid and requires regular field presence across Northern California. Responsibilities Coordinate regional brand events and local activations ensuring alignment with brand standards and luxury guidelines Arrange venues, catering, entertainment and all event logistics Oversee third-party venue set-up and day-of execution Confirm distributor fulfillment of requested product and manage on-site needs Report activation outcomes and ROI to regional leads and inform best practices Provide local digital/social assets in partnership with the digital team and collaborate with Account Owners, Channel Leads and Trade Marketing Support planning and logistics for Winemaker/Maison visits and present on-site during events Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience 5+ years sales and/or marketing experience in wines and spirits, CPG, or retail with activation/event coordination experience Strong project management, planning, organization, communication and presentation skills Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends and travel up to 30% of the time Frequent driving required with a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record; ability to lift up to 20lbs #J-18808-Ljbffr
