HVAC Project Manager

We are a large growing mechanical contractor in Buena Park that works on many of California’s biggest and best mechanical projects. We are planning to hire California’s best and brightest HVAC Project Engineers and Project Managers in the near future. Responsibilities: Manage schedule, billings, submittals, RFI’s & change orders, select and monitor subs. Find, Estimate and Manage HVAC Construction Projects. Build and maintain a strong relationship with GC’s and Owners. Get best pricing and on-time delivery of materials from vendors. Requirements: Local. Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Mechanical Engineering and/or prior field experience preferred. 6+ years of experience working for a Mechanical (hvac) Contractor. Technical experience with BlueBeam, MS Project, Microsoft Office, and/or Quickpen / Accubid preferred. Familiar with CA HVAC and/or plumbing codes #J-18808-Ljbffr Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC
