RiskAware's Verification Specialist Role Summary: 

RiskAware's Verification Specialists confirm our background check applicant's resume and other credentials to help ensure presented information is truthful.  RiskAware performs verifications on behalf of employers, by investigating and confirming applicants supplied résumé information including Educational Degrees, Employment Histories, References, Board Licensures, Professional Credentials, Workers Compensation Claim History, Military Verifications, US Government Confirmed Identity and Right to Work Information, or other credentials.  As a RiskAware Verifications Specialist you will learn how to investigate information for accuracy, perform the above verifications by following legally compliant research methods, and use company tools and systems to track and report your investigated findings.  A successful Verifications Specialist will complete 3 to 6 months of company training working with a trained specialist supervisor and will also achieve Fair Credit Reporting Act Basic Certification within 6 months of employment.

This position is remote but is likewise Cincinnati, Ohio based. Applicants unable to work and train in our Cincinnati, OH office on a several times monthly basis, need not apply.
