Analyst,Global Consultant Relations

Overview Analyst – Global Client Solutions (Global Consultant Relations) based in Los Angeles or New York. Supports the Global Consultant Relations team by managing data, meeting logistics, and research activities. Reporting Relationships Reports to: Partner, Global Head of Global Consultant Relations. Primary Functions and Essential Responsibilities Track all meetings with investors and prospects using Salesforce, including note distribution and meeting documentation. Prepare detailed memos for Relationship Managers (RM) and Portfolio Managers (PM) ahead of upcoming meetings. Participate in client meetings and record feedback on all Ares funds. Collaborate regularly with investment professionals and product managers to monitor portfolio performance, fundraising progress, and recent developments. Assist Senior RMs by responding to investor inquiries and data requests. Attend internal weekly meetings such as Global Relationship Management, Regional, and Product team calls. Organize client lists and update prospects across all Ares strategies. Gather market intelligence, research industry trends, and identify new potential clients. Qualifications College graduate, preferably with a major in Economics, Finance, General Business, or Management and an outstanding academic record. 1–2 years of experience in investment/wealth management, business management/strategy, accounting, or related financial services. Outstanding organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills. Strong time‑management skills and ability to collaborate across teams. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Problem‑solving mindset with ability to research solutions and propose resolutions. Ability to manage requests, prioritize projects, and meet business needs. Demonstrated ability to analyze data, articulate findings, and support informed decision‑making. Compensation Base salary: $90,000 – $105,000 per annum, with potential discretionary performance‑based bonus.
