As the Manager, you'll be at the heart of our team, ensuring everything runs smoothly while building a vibrant and positive atmosphere for both our customers and staff. This is a leadership role that combines management, customer service, and of course—delicious coffee!

What You'll Do:

• Lead, train, and inspire an amazing team of baristas and staff.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring the coffee flows smoothly and customer satisfaction is top-notch.
• Manage inventory, stock, and equipment to keep everything running like a well-oiled espresso machine.
• Cultivate a welcoming environment that keeps our customers coming back for more.
• Handle customer feedback, resolve issues, and ensure everyone leaves with a smile.
• Maintain high standards for quality, cleanliness, and safety.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous management or supervisory experience in food & beverage or retail is a plus.
• A love for coffee and a desire to share that passion with others.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage a team.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while keeping a cool head.
• Flexibility with shifts—early mornings, weekends, and holidays might be part of the schedule.
