Interior Designer / Project Manager

We are currently in the exciting phase of hiring a talented designer to join us in the creative role of Interior Designer / Project Manager. Elms Interior Design is a vibrant interior design firm focused on luxury residential projects. Qualifications To be considered for this position, you must have 3-5 years of residential Interior Design experience and a Bachelors degree in Interior Design. Applicants should have a high level of ability managing all phases of interior design development from inception to installation while simultaneously managing multiple projects of varying size and complexity. Responsibilities Manage residential projects from conception to completion in the role of Project Manager Experience with and production of construction and design drawing sets Contribute to the development of design concepts, color, lighting and furnishings Thorough knowledge of design processes, including FF&E, specifications, finish and material selection and product sourcing Create and maintain schedules, budget spreadsheets, proposals and purchase orders Review contractor/vendor documents with precise order tracking and installation scheduling Construction management Coordination of multiple installations of furnishings Other qualities include: Excellent project management skills, a high level of attention to detail, a refined design vision, enthusiastic communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively. #J-18808-Ljbffr Business of Home
