As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, managing, training, and motivating the SERVPRO® office team. You will oversee all accounting functions, administrative activities, and ensure customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesManage office team including Job File Coordinators, Administrative Assistants, Receptionist/Dispatchers, and Accounting/HR Administrators.Maintain professional office culture.Ensure delivery of appropriate training and onboarding to all office personnel.Plan and facilitate monthly team meetings.Monitor National Accounts program compliance, and other franchise compliance.Manage and disposition lead sources.Monitor federal/state compliance and training completion regarding risk management.Act as the Subject Matter Expert for all office related technology and processes.Complete application process for Preferred Vendor programs.Establish processes to ensure office Key Performance Metrics (KPM) meet franchise goals/targets.Develop and maintain office division annual plan and manage performance.Assist Senior Leadership Team as needed.Perform other job duties as assigned.Position Requirements5+ years of office, accounting, or customer service management experienceExperience in building a strong team with tangible leadership skillsOutstanding written and verbal communication skills including proper pronunciation, grammar, and consistently courteous and professional tone of voiceSelf-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to multi-taskMonthly travel to satellite locations.Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environmentSolid organizational and planning capabilities with strong attention to detailAbility to learn new software and proprietary softwareHigh school diploma/GED, college degree preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent software.IICRC certifications preferredXactimate certifications preferredConstruction management experience preferredAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawCustomer service industry experience a plusBilingual a plusSkills/Physical Demands/CompetenciesThis is a role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Compensation: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
