Job Title: Office Clerk (Oil & Gas) – Shute Creek Refinery
Location: Onsite – Shute Creek Refinery, Kemmerer, WY
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Pay Rate: $23.52 - $27.04 per hour (DOE)

  Job Summary
Kelly® is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Office Clerk to provide vital support onsite at the Shute Creek refinery in Kemmerer, WY. If you take pride in accuracy, teamwork, and working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! General Office Duties:

• Sort and file materials, correspondence, records, business forms, or other documents according to alpha, numeric, date, subject, or color-coded systems.
• Scan documents or prepare documents for scanning.
• Receive and sort mail, distributing to appropriate individuals or departments.
• Ensure timely delivery of outgoing mail to courier or post office.
• Maintain records of incoming mail and manage mailroom supplies inventory.

Warehouse Clerk Duties:

• Assist warehouse operations including truck unloading, merchandise check-in, and purchase order verification.
• Read and process customer orders, work orders, and shipping instructions.
• Move materials as needed – receiving, storage, and shipping.
• Organize materials by size, type, style, color, or product code.
• File and distribute work orders, requisitions, and stock requests.

Skills and Qualifications

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid administrative and coordination abilities.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with basic office equipment (copiers, scanners, fax, binding machines).
• Prior experience with spreadsheets/databases required.
• Previous mailroom or warehouse experience preferred.
