Key Role Responsibilities: Assisting, liaising and supporting the TPS Centre’s to ensure good working relationships and delivery of customer service excellence. Accurately identifying parts to meet customers sales requirements and utilising TPS product promotions effectively. Providing a high level of customer service at all times, building strong relationships with customers by making relevant and regular contact with them. Handling incoming calls and customer enquiries. Prerequisites: Previous experience in a Parts or Call Centre role preferable. Good communication skills and telephone manner.
