In Home Caregiver-HCA/CNA-Nine Mile Falls

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated female In Home Caregiver (HCA/CNA) to provide exceptional care for clients in the Nine Mile Falls area. This role involves delivering personalized, high-quality care in a home setting, ensuring the comfort, safety, and well‑being of our clients during 7‑hour shifts. Responsibilities Provide daily personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Monitor client’s health and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff or family members. Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed, ensuring dietary needs are met. Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. Offer companionship and emotional support to clients to improve their quality of life. Follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals accurately. Maintain detailed and accurate records of care provided during 7‑hour shifts. Requirements Applicants must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States, in accordance with the state’s home care aide certification regulations. Certification as a Home Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred. Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong communication skills. Ability to work independently and follow care plans accurately. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.
