We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for our Full Time AM/NOC Shift. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve outstanding results.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized nursing care to our patients , addressing their unique needs and preferences, and promoting a positive and respectful environment.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals , including physicians, therapists, and other nurses, to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.

• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records , adhering to industry standards and regulations.

• Participate in team meetings and educational programs , staying up-to-date on the latest best practices and industry developments.

Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure in the State of Wisconsin

• Minimum 1 year of acute care experience , with a strong foundation in patient care and assessment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

• Ability to work independently , prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively.
