If you're passionate about helping children with autism thrive, this is the perfect opportunity to turn that passion into purpose. With a high school diploma or equivalent, you'll receive supported Registered Behavior Technician training and one-on-one mentorship to help you succeed.

Adventure ABA, LLC in Phoenix is hiring full-time Behavior Therapists / Autism Support Specialists who are ready to learn, grow, and make an impact in a fun and collaborative environment. Every day is different, and every moment matters.

Pay: $18-$28/hour

About Adventure ABA:
Locally owned and operated by a BCBA team, Adventure ABA brings passion and purpose together. We believe therapy should feel like an adventure-for our clients and our team.

Your Role:

Support children in reaching developmental goals through play-based learning
Implement behavior plans with creativity and empathy
Maintain accurate session notes and communicate progress
Participate in team meetings and celebrate client achievements

What You'll Need:

High school diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred)
Willingness to drive up to 35 miles between sessions
Ability to lift 50 lbs and engage in floor-based play
CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
