Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales Walco Organization Streetsboro, OH

Walco Organization is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales professional to join our team in Streetsboro, OH.

About the Role

In this hybrid customer service and inside sales position, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers. You will play a key role in ensuring exceptional service while supporting our sales efforts through accurate order processing and pricing management.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and process customer orders in a timely manner
• Maintain and update customer pricing records
• Handle customer pricing requests and provide competitive quotes
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
• Support overall team goals and contribute to a positive work environment

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially with order entry and pricing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experience with ERP/CRM systems is a plus
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a genuine desire to help customers
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus
