Ambulatory OR Nurse (RN) - Outpatient Surgery

We are seeking an experienced Ambulatory OR Registered Nurse (RN) to join a high-performing outpatient surgery team. This role focuses on delivering safe, efficient perioperative care in a fast-paced ambulatory setting with a strong emphasis on patient outcomes and same-day discharge. Schedule Per Diem 8‑Hour Shifts Only 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Days) What You'll Do Provide pre-op and intra-op nursing care in an ambulatory OR setting Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and surgical techs to ensure seamless cases Maintain sterile technique and adhere to all AORN standards Monitor patient condition and respond appropriately during procedures Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with facility protocols What We’re Looking For Active CA RN license (or compact) 2+ years of OR experience (ambulatory or outpatient preferred) Strong experience with circulating (scrubbing a plus) Strong experience in Ophthalmology preferred BLS (ACLS preferred) Ability to work efficiently in a high-turnover, fast-paced environment Why You’ll Love This Opportunity You’ll work alongside skilled surgical teams, contribute directly to patient safety and surgical success, and enjoy the flexibility of per diem scheduling with consistent 8 hour day or shifts .
