Global Corporate Counsel & Company Secretary Lead
Hines
Hines is seeking a Senior Counsel or Assistant General Counsel – Corporate to advise on corporate matters for US investment vehicles, joint ventures and the broader Hines corporate structure, and to lead Hines’ global corporate secretarial function.
The title will depend on experience. The role requires US corporate law expertise, entity management, governance, and the ability to partner with internal teams across legal, tax, finance, compliance, funds and business units.
