Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Waynesburg, PA

About the Role:

As a CNA at Waynesburg Nursing and Rehab, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including but not limited to: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as transferring, ambulating, and positioning patients
• Take vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
• Assist with range of motion exercises, and other therapeutic activities as directed by the care plan
• Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans
• Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, staff, and visitors
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
