Compensation: $600,000 - $900,000

We invite you to join our community-focused healthcare organization in New York's Southern Tier as a Urologist. This role offers the chance to engage with an established service line that is in high demand, equipped with modern facilities and two da Vinci robotic systems (Xi and DV5). You will benefit from reliable access to operating rooms, including one full robotic block and one general/elective block each week, along with shared overflow. Our integrated Epic electronic health record system and Dragon Ambient eXperience (DAX) for ambient documentation will support your practice. Collaborate with a skilled team of advanced practice providers and nurses within a physician-led, not-for-profit health system. Enjoy flexible scheduling options, including the possibility of a four-day clinical workweek, while making a significant impact on patient access and outcomes.

• Join a comprehensive urology practice that includes subspecialty care in endourology, urologic oncology, andrology, and robotic/minimally invasive surgery.
• Address a substantial market need with over 700 active referrals awaiting care.
• Utilize two da Vinci platforms, with 24/7 anesthesia coverage and APP surgical assistance, along with strong postoperative support.
• Ensure predictable access to operating rooms: one full robotic OR block and one full general/elective OR block weekly, plus shared overflow.
• Leverage the Epic system and DAX for efficient documentation.
• Maintain a flexible schedule with 36 patient-facing hours and 4 administrative hours each week.
• Work collaboratively with a team that includes 1 full-time Urologist, 1 long-term locum, 4 APPs, and dedicated inpatient APP coverage.
• Participate in shared call with employed providers, targeting 1 weekday night per week and 1 weekend per month once fully staffed (eligible for stipend).

• Potential earnings exceeding $900,000, with wRVU incentives; salary review after 2 years (or 3 years for visa-sponsored hires).
• Additional incentives may be available on a case-by-case basis, including retention bonuses, loan repayment, and relocation assistance.
