Rewinder Operator - Machine Operator
Direct hire. Shift and pay: 1st shift, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Starting at $17/hr, with potential for more based on experience.
Operates rewinding and thermal transfer machines to finish large rolls of printed labels into smaller, customer-specific rolls.
Performs quality control, inspecting labels for defects and removing any misprints.
Assists press operators by staging materials and helping with the makeready process.
Contributes to shipping and receiving by operating a forklift to handle shipments.
Performs basic preventative maintenance on equipment and maintains a clean, organized work area.
Works as a part of a team, demonstrating a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation/Pay rate (up to): $17.00 - $19.00
