Base Pay Range $20.00/hr - $22.00/hr Hours & Schedule Part-time and full‑time hours: Monday‑Friday between the hours of 8 am‑6:30 pm or 1 pm‑7 pm. About the Role The Behavioral Therapist position at In STEPPS offers an opportunity to work one‑on‑one with children with autism in their home, clinics, or schools. You will help them develop life skills necessary to succeed through our fun and playful intervention model using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT).
